What we don’t do
- We don’t sell to individuals. There’s no cart on this site and there won’t be one.
- We don’t publish reconstitution or dosing guidance. This is a laboratory reagent and we sell it as one.
- We don’t guarantee future lots. We publish what each lot was tested for, after it was tested.
- We don’t sell peptides. Water is the whole business, which is why it’s never the thing we’re distracted from.

What does Bac Water Hub sell?
One product. Reconstitution solution — sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative — filled in the United States into Type I borosilicate vials in 3 mL, 10 mL and 30 mL, ten vials to a carton.
There is no second product line and there is not going to be one. The full specification and price per vial is published, as are the volume tiers and account terms. For research use only.
What is reconstitution solution, and how does it differ from plain sterile water?
The preservative. Reconstitution solution is sterile water carrying 0.9% benzyl alcohol; unpreserved sterile water carries none.
That difference is what makes it a multi-dose presentation, and it is an inventory fact before it is anything else: a preserved vial has a working life measured from the point it is first opened rather than from the day it was delivered. Planning stock against draws instead of against deliveries is the whole reason the requirement calculator asks for the numbers it asks for. We publish no guidance on how to use the product.
Do you sell peptides?
No. Bac Water Hub sells reconstitution solution and nothing else.
We are a sister company of Wholesale Peptide Supply and share a team, an address and a phone number in Costa Mesa, California. The two businesses are run and sold separately, and this one has a single product. More on who you are buying from.
There is no checkout — so how does an order actually work?
Four steps, and no card is entered on this site at any point in them.
- Set your quantities on the shop page and send the order.
- We reply with a written quote — vial prices at your tier, freight for your destination, tax if it applies. Usually within one business day.
- You accept the quote and we invoice. Quotes hold for 14 days.
- The invoice is paid in full by credit card, ACH or wire before the order dispatches.
Orders paid before 2:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, dispatch the same day, subject to stock. The payment policy in full.
Can I buy a single vial, or a retail pack?
No. The minimum order is 10 vials — one carton — in any mix of the three sizes, and we sell business to business only.
Every order asks for a business name and confirms that the intended use is research. There is no cart, no card checkout and no consumer pack on this site, and that is a deliberate structure rather than something not built yet. Account terms and who can open one.
Every supplier’s water is chemically the same. What is actually different between them?
The documentation and the terms — which is why both are on the site instead of behind a form.
- Price per vial is published by size and by tier, so you can price a purchase order without speaking to anyone.
- Every production lot gets its own page carrying the panel it was run against, the results, and the date each test was performed.
- The dispatch cutoff is stated as a time rather than as “fast shipping,” so it is a thing you can hold us to.
- Private label starts at 1,000 vials rather than at a pallet.
None of that changes the molecule. All of it changes what happens when something goes wrong.
