What happens after I submit this form?
It reaches our Zoho CRM and a person. You get a written quote — vial prices at your tier, freight to your destination, tax if it applies, and a total — usually within one business day, from California.
Nothing is charged here and no card number is taken on this site. If you accept the quote we invoice; the invoice is paid in full before the order dispatches. Quotes hold for 14 days. The payment policy in full.
Do I need this form to see prices?
No. Tier pricing is published by size and by volume, the minimum order is 10 vials, and the 20% break is at 100 vials on a single order.
Use this form to open an account, price a private label run, or quote contract volume — not to find out what water costs. If you already know your sizes and quantities, the order form is faster: it carries them straight through.
What do you need from me to quote?
A business name, a contact, and a commercial ship-to destination is enough for a quote. Sizes and quantities make it exact.
If you know your throughput but not your quantity, the calculator converts one into the other and sends the figure through to this form. An EIN or resale certificate is optional and needed only if you are buying tax exempt for resale — in which case send it before we invoice, because tax cannot be credited afterwards. We may ask for verification before invoicing or dispatching.
Can I order by phone or email instead?

The form is faster only because it collects the ship-to address and the consent record in a single pass, which is otherwise two emails. Nothing about it is required. We never take card details by email or over the phone, and we never change bank details mid-invoice — if you get an email asking you to pay a different account, call the number on your quote before sending anything.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
Only if you tick the marketing box, which is optional, separate from the boxes that let us quote, and never pre-ticked.
Leaving it unticked has no effect on your quote or your order. If you do tick it, every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not stop transactional email about an order you have placed. The privacy policy.
How quickly can I have product?
Stock orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, dispatch the same day, subject to stock.
Private label runs are 3 to 5 business days for a digital proof, then 3 to 5 business days from your approval to dispatch. Dispatch dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier transit is not something we control. How a private label run works.
