One product, filled in the United States
We fill one thing, so it is never the thing we run out of.
Every vial on this page comes from a production lot with its test panel published on this site — the results, the date, and the lot it belongs to.

Which size
Cost per mL is the same at the 10 mL and the 30 mL, so between those two the choice is handling, not price. The 30 mL means fewer closures to open per unit volume; the 10 mL is the kit-attach size, the one that ships alongside a peptide order, and the one most resellers under-buy. The 3 mL costs more per mL and buys in at the smallest increment — it suits an account shipping single units rather than stocking a bench. Most reseller accounts run 10 mL for kits and hold 30 mL for internal work. Run your volumes, or see the full tier table and account terms.
On the name. We call this reconstitution solution, not Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP. That second name belongs to an approved prescription drug product, and it isn’t accurate for a research-use-only reagent. Suppliers who use it are borrowing a label they don’t hold. The contents are what the specification above says they are.
Ordering questions
Minimums, discount arithmetic, payment, dispatch and returns — the things the specification above doesn’t cover.
What is the minimum order, and is there a minimum per size?
10 vials in total, in any mix of the three fills. There is no separate minimum per size.
Ten of the 3 mL clears it; so does five 10 mL and five 30 mL. The number is 10 because that is exactly one carton at every fill size, so the minimum is a shipping unit rather than a policy. There is no minimum term, no contract and no obligation to order again — the account terms in full.
How is the volume discount counted on a mixed order?
On total vials on a single order, across all three sizes together — not per size, and not accumulated across dates.
Sixty 10 mL plus forty 3 mL is 100 vials, so every line on that order prices at Tier 2, including the 3 mL. Tier is assessed one order at a time: two sixty-vial orders in the same week are two Tier 1 orders rather than one Tier 2 order, so consolidating is worth 20%. The full tier table, or work out where your volume lands.
How do I pay, and do you offer net terms?
Credit card, ACH or wire, paid in full against an invoice before the order dispatches. We do not offer net terms.
The sequence is: you send the order, we reply with a written quote, you accept it, we invoice, you pay, it ships. Nothing is charged on this site and no card number is entered here. The no-credit position holds at every volume and for every account, including ones that have ordered for years — which is also why there is no credit application and nothing to sign. The payment policy in full.
When does an order ship, and how is freight charged?
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday, dispatch the same day, subject to stock.
Freight is quoted per order on the size of the shipment and its destination, and appears as its own line on the invoice rather than being blended into the vial price — a ten-vial order should not be paying towards a five-hundred-vial one. You can ship on your own carrier account instead: send the account number with the order and freight comes off the invoice. Shipping is FOB origin to commercial addresses in the United States, so title and risk pass when we hand the cartons to the carrier. Delivery, title and risk.
Do you ship internationally, or to a residential address?
We ship to commercial addresses in the United States. Not to residential addresses, and not to PO boxes.
The commercial-address requirement follows from selling business to business: if an order cannot go to a business address, it is not an order we can take. Delivery terms.
Do you sell to individuals?
No. Business to business only, with no exceptions and no plan to add any.
Every order takes a business name and confirms that the intended use is research. There is no cart, no card checkout and no consumer pack on this site. An EIN or resale certificate is optional and needed only if you are buying tax exempt for resale — you do not need either simply to open an account. Who we sell to, and who we do not.
Can I return an order or cancel it?
Cancel or change it free of charge at any point before dispatch. After dispatch, all sales are final.
This is a sterile-filled product: once a carton has left our control we cannot verify how it was stored, and we will not put it back into stock for someone else to receive. Two narrow exceptions stand, both of them our error rather than a change of mind — we shipped the wrong item or quantity, or the product did not conform to its published specification. Shortages and damage are claimable for 5 business days from delivery. Returns and cancellation in full.
Will I know which lot I received?
Yes, and you will not have to ask us for it. The lot code is printed on the vial label and on the carton.
That code is also the address of its page here — a carton marked 2608-A14 has its documentation at /lots/2608-A14, carrying the panel that lot was run against and the date of each result. Lot pages are never removed after a lot sells through, because the buyer who took the last carton may need the paperwork years later. The lot library.
Is the product the same whether I order 10 vials or 1,000?
Yes. Same fill, same lot, same panel, same container and closure. Volume changes the price per vial and nothing else about what arrives.
That holds for private label runs too — a run differs from stock only in what is printed on the label, and is filled as its own lot with its own code and its own test record.
Every lot is published
Each production lot gets a page on this site with the panel it was tested against and the results. {{FILL: current lot — no lot has published results yet}} · All lots
