Minimum order 10 vials. Tier 2 is 20% off every size and applies at 100 vials on a single order, counted across all three sizes together — a mixed order reaches it the same way a single-size order does.
Your margin
You’re reselling this, so here’s the arithmetic in the open. Retail reconstitution solution sells in a band of roughly $6.49 to $12.95 per vial depending on pack size and vendor. At Tier 2 a 10 mL vial lands at $7.20. What you do with the difference is your business.

How a quote becomes an invoice, and what the account does and doesn’t oblige you to.
How long is a quote valid?
14 days from the date we send it, unless the quote itself says otherwise.
After that we requote, usually at the same number. Published tier pricing on this page applies to anyone at any time without a quote at all — the quote exists to fix your freight, your tax position and your total, not to unlock a price. A contract forms when you accept a written quote or an invoice, not when you submit an order request. Quotes and orders, in the terms of sale.
Do prices change, and is there a discount for a first order?
Prices can change, and a change is a change to this page rather than to your account. There is no first-order discount and no promotional pricing.
The tier you qualify for is the price you pay, and it is the same tier everyone else qualifying for it pays. We do not run countdowns, expiring offers or introductory rates — in a category where the product is chemically identical across suppliers, a price that moves for reasons other than volume is a price that was never the real one. Quotes already issued hold for their 14 days, and the price on your invoice is the price that applies.
Can I buy tax exempt for resale?
Yes, with a valid resale or exemption certificate for the state we are shipping to. Send it before we invoice.
Timing is the part that catches people: tax cannot be credited back on an invoice that has already been issued and paid, so the certificate has to reach us while the quote is still a quote. An EIN on its own is not a resale certificate. If you are not buying for resale you need neither — published prices exclude tax, and where we are required to collect it, it is added to the invoice. Do you offer net terms at higher volume?
No — at any volume, for any account, however long it has been buying.
Every order is paid in full before it dispatches. There is no credit application, nothing to sign, and no balance that can fall overdue: an unpaid invoice is simply an order we have not shipped. Suppliers who extend terms in this category price the risk of doing so back into the vial, and we would rather the published number be the real one. Terms of payment.
Is pricing negotiable above the published tiers?
Contract volume and private label are quoted individually. Everything below that is the published price, for everyone.
Those two get quoted separately because at that size freight, fill scheduling and label work stop being standard — not because a better number is being held back from smaller accounts. There is no negotiated tier behind a phone call. If you want to know what you would pay, work out the volume and read it off the table above, or ask for a contract quote.
Do I need a licence, permit or registration to buy?
No. This is a research-use-only laboratory reagent — neither a controlled substance nor a prescription drug product — so no licence, permit or registration applies.
What we require is a business. A business name on the order, a commercial ship-to address, and a confirmation that the intended use is research. We may ask for verification — business registration, an EIN, a resale certificate or confirmation of the ship-to address — before invoicing or dispatching, and we may refuse an order. We do not sell to individuals.
Is freight included in the published price?
No. Freight and insurance are quoted per order on the size of the shipment and its destination, and appear as their own line on the invoice.
The alternative is a blended rate, which means small orders subsidise large ones and nobody can see what they are paying for. You can also ship on your own carrier account — send the account number with the order and freight comes off the invoice entirely. Shipping is FOB origin: title and risk pass when the cartons reach the carrier, so if you want the shipment insured, say so before we invoice. Delivery, title and risk.
